CEO of RAO EES (Unified Energy Systems - I think, the world's largest power producer) - told in London at the Economic forum, that he needs to raise $50 bln to upgrade Russian energy system. And most of it will come form Russian sources. This proves once again the fact that Russia is rich enough to invest in large projects. The problem is that money are accumulated among private people who are reluctant to invest in Russia and in Russian monopolies. The reason for this is the subjwect for one of my future posts.
